Hari has over 20 years of experience in the IT services industry, – driving revenue and margin growth, launching new services and managing mergers and acquisitions. Hari is responsible for driving strategic growth, revenue streams and managing operations across customers in North America.
Prior to founding GBIT, Hari served as the President and CEO at Server Management Services LLC. He was responsible for growing revenue by expanding IT Outsourcing service offerings during his tenure.
Hari holds MBA from Pune University.

Nidhi Agrawal
VP Of Human Resource

Nidhi heads Human Resource function for GBIT. She is Self-driven, motivated and a team player with high customer focus. She has more than 10 years of progressive experience in HR in all areas including Talent acquisitions, Vendor management, employee and contractor relations, Client relations, Immigration, Performance Management, Training & Development, etc. Prior to joining GBIT, she worked in various IT managed services companies heading the HR department. Ms. Nidhi provides excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and demonstrates proven project planning/management, and staffing skills. She has a MBA degree in Human Resources Management and is also a certified SPHR professional.

Gerrit van Hartogh
Director of Client Relations

Gerrit is responsible for sales growth within existing accounts, as well as expanding business into new accounts across a wide array of industries. He has experience in both B2C and B2B sales environments. He also has extensive management consulting experience in the telecom, IT, printing and energy industries. Gerrit brings a lot of positive energy to all of his clients and ensures that they have the best customer experience possible.

Gerrit has an MBA in Marketing and Masters of Public and International Affairs in International Political Economy from the University of Pittsburgh. Gerrit also speaks Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian.
